Buckwheat and pork pot
Ingredients
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g pork
- 100 g buckwheat
- 70 g carrots
- Olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Knob of butter
- Parsley for decor
Preparation video
Lightly fry the finely chopped onion and the sliced meat in a frying pan. Put the fried onion and meat in a bowl, add the grated carrot, buckwheat, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Then place the contents of the bowl in a baking dish and pour over the stock. Place the bay leaves over the top, put the lid on and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour. Before serving, add butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
