CMS RECIPE DETAILS INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kg Alma kefir 2.5% with lactic acid bacteria and vitamin D
- 500 ml pickled beets
- 200 g cucumber
- 30 g dill
- 20 g chives or spring onions
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoons horseradish
- ½ tējkarotes mārrutku
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley and ½ egg for garnish

Mix kefir, hard-boiled and chopped eggs, chopped cucumber, beetroot, chopped spring onions, chopped dill, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Leave in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with boiled egg quarters and parsley.
